2349 on Brookfield WI sdr with weak S7-S9 signal, hear music under low noise level, still on at 0200 with S9+ signal and heavy modulation, strange talk and heavy metal rock.

On my 7300, in NW Ohio I have noise between s7-s9.  Your signal is +20 over s9.
