0138 S9 at times into NYC, but local rain static and crashes are not helping.

VG signal with static. I caught the last 4 min but didn't hear an HPR ID. DJ with a contemporary countdown show, transmitter off while DJ talking about #19. Not an oldies format, like the Hit Parade Radio that I heard a few times years ago
