HAARP 9600 AM 0015 UTC 24 JULY 2025

Hearing HAARP up in Alaska conducting experiments on 9600 kHz right now; scheduled to last until 0100 UTC. I had a very strong oscillating-type signal from tune-in at 0012 until 0019 UTC. After a pause, it resumed again at 0020 UTC.
