I'm hearing this at a fair level at my location near Seattle, where sunset hasn't happened yet. I have to scoot off to dinner, but based on the jazz and the reception here, it seems likely to be B Side Radio.

Signal started out as poor to fair at sign-on but improved gradually to fair to good at midway through the transmission. Typical Porky Pig style sign off at 0401 UT.
