Is there a device that can identify all types of signals present so that I can know which appropriate corresponding signal jammer to buy in order to solve my current problem?

I doubt any of you have heard of such a possibility as the one I am about to describe to you but I thought a forum such as this one might have members knowledgeable enough to be able to help me with the question I just asked.

In case your interested, wireless MINDREADING is now possible.  Not only are people able to know exactly what it is your thinking about remotely, but they can also see everything that you are seeing AND hear everything you are listening to as if your eyeballs are their cameras and your ears are their microphones.

I don’t know anything about wireless technologies but when i googled: What frequencies does the human brain transmit at? 

The human brain operates across a range of frequencies, commonly measured in Hertz (Hz), from less than 1 Hz to over 100 Hz. These different frequencies, known as brainwaves, are associated with various mental states and activities.

So I’m assuming that the government/military/law enforcement/intelligence agencies, people, etc… are using a combination of Artificial Intellegence with either satellites, cell tower, radio signals, or some other potentially new form of wireless technology in order to read my mind and use my faculties against me.

Please spare me with comments about me being paranoid or schizophrenic as this is not going to be helpful in any way.
An advanced form of Gangstalking (youtube if your not familiar) IS happening to me.  And although this post might be the hardest thing for you to believe as this might make you extremely uncomfortable knowing that it is possible and could be happening to you as you are reading this… I KNOW, IT IS HAPPENING TO ME RIGHT NOW.  So how do you think I am feeling?

To keep this opening post short, i’ll leave it at this and reply accordingly.  I hate to be the bearer of bad news and my intention is not to make anyone uncomfortable and I hate that I may have been the one to have stretched your reality to this degree but it’s here now.  Don’t blame me.  I don’t know who is to blame I’m just looking for a way to stop it.

I warned of and experimented with what i call brain beams.... its a form of harmonic wave that can be propagated via RF spectrum... but contain the essential harmonic waves 0.5-30+hz. with the right intensity the human brain can be manipulated .... or you can disable sections of the brain.... i had tested this on myself ... placebo effect may have also been a factor... but any how first step is to find the carrier frequency of said brain beam... you always could just use a simple signal generator set to a sweep of 0.5-over 30hz but that would require lots of amplification and a large loading coil 'pancake' style coil. low radiation in close prox. will help scramble the signal tp the brain beam receiver... that's about all i can say about this
