new beacon heard from ironstone range Kiwissdr?

Hi all - just reporting a ?new beacon on 4323khz cw heard from the ironstone range kiwi sdr located in ironstone range South Australia. Quite fast dit and dah with consistent lengthy and prominent pauses. Sometimes hearing 'dit dit dit dit' in what i can describe as sounding blippy.

Thanks, I gave it a listen and did not have any luck. Is it a night time only beacon?
