Could be related to the Russian-Ukrainian war.

And the talk in Russian does not make sense at all! Swearing, "today we are giving a farewell to a great leader of the Jews and Gypsies" named Mammut Rakhal (?), mention of Palestine, Belarusian children, tomatos, bananas and watermelons, more swearing...
