Good reception with minor noise/fafes.  Russian service from UAE, ID per eibi for this Sunday only* broadcast at this time.

1825 OM with YL probably on phone
1830 OFF (then to NHK Russian service broadcast)

 * - There is a Tuesday broadcast of this Russian service on 13650 at 1730 utc per eiibi.
