Ant: Homemade "Wellgood" 1m amplified loop normally kept in a fixed position (NNW/SSE) to keep 1500 KSTP in the null.

Hi! At a bit lower power than prior...like at around 700 watts DC input now.  Was closer to 1200W input before...smoking.

I'm always surprised how well the transmitter does to your part of the world!

You're getting the proper Sternradio experience!  I cut the bandwidth down to 16kHz(8kHz each way) due to conditions and overheating transmitter.   But the SAS sterep setting on the KiwiSDR is one of my target receivers.  It's what Leonard Kahn wanted AM stereo to be!

Transmitter is done for tonight.  Blew a driver tube.  Got a shitload pile of them, just don't care to putz around with jamming one in the transmitter.  Woops! Another 12BY7A eaten like candy.
