S5-S7 signal heard via the Lodi, New York, SDR with good audio without too much noise ...

0108 UTC: Male voice saying words or sounds in a language I can't identify.
0110 UTC: Male voice now repeating what sounds like a full sentence in another language, then back to repeating a string of words.
0112 UTC: Can vaguely hear tone noises that are making quite an interesting visual pattern on an adjoining frequency as the unidentified talking continues. Tones disappeared around 0113 UTC.
0119 UTC: Male saying new groups of words now in an unidentified language.
0120 UTC: Off.

Per Nomadiq, these were Klingon numbers. Thanks, Nomadiq!

Pretty good signal at 0108 UTC.  Repeat of several phrases.   Being a Star Trek fan this is Klingon.

Unique programming to say  the least

SDR recording catch - good copy here with a fairly strong signal, some static from distant storms.

Thanks for the broadcast, this is certainly helping to #keep43mweird !

I actually only registered here to post the translation of the words in the beginning and the end:
'IwlIj jachjaj  So'wI' yIchu', nuqneH  (may your blood scream, Engage the cloaking device, what do you want)
and after the number groups: So'wI chu'Ha' (Disable cloaking device), then something I couldn't figure out, then Qapla' 5 times.
(I actually commented under that video)
