S9 signal heard via the Traverse City, Michigan, SDR with decent audio amid quite a bit of noise ...

0036 UTC: "Hot Hot Hot" cover by Arrow.
0038 UTC: Sound clip of male speaker checking his answer machine and talking on phone. Then some talk about cars; sounds like it's from an action movie.
0042 UTC: Warner Bros.' "That's All Folks" jingle, then vintage radio station jingle and OM talking over music into "I'm a Man" by Bo Diddley.
0046 UTC: "Cathy's Clown" by The Everly Brothers.
0049 UTC: Sounds like another radio jingle, then man talking again into the jingle again.
0050 UTC: Classic jingle again for WHOT, then DJ talking into "Hang On Sloopy" by The McCoys.
0054 UTC: Radio DJ talking again into another jingle, then more talking into "Bohemian Rhapsody" by Queen.
0101 UTC: WHOT jingle played and DJ was talking again and joking with another guy.
0111 UTC: DJ now talking to a woman as they joke around.
0115 UTC: Creepy OM voice saying "Don't touch that dial!"
0118 UTC: Back to "Hot Hot Hot" cover by Arrow.

Thanks for the music and old WHOT recordings tonight!

0055  Dialogue with 2 men - excited at moments, 0057 'Bohemian Rhapsody' - Queen, ID - WHOT jingle, into dialogue between 2 people, 0115 signal comes up w/ sinister OM repeating phrases ending with w/ "91" repeated the last ending "91 1/2".  OM announcer.  "Welcome to the new 91 and 1/2" into WHOT jingle, 'Hot, Hot, Hot' - Arrow, 0120 off or lost.

S3 - 4 in noisy conditions.  Not able to tell topics of dialogue sections.  Sounds like story.  Overall poor.
Signal came up to poor - fair at 0115.  Could easily have been a WHOT recording suggested by others.
