I have it here too at 2213 UTC. Playing music, kind of funky disco sort of stuff. Signal is S8 but audio might be a tad low. I think this signal is unrelated to the CW that was heard just before it.

At 2224 UTC the signal and audio seem much improved... S9+10 with some fading. But then audio kind of fell off again at 2226 UTC. Off abruptly at 2230 UTC. It sounded like the op tried to make an announcement -- extremely brief voice snippet -- but then something went south. Carrier was dead for a bit then shut down.
