The weekend of Aug 23rd and 24th here in Alaska, I had a strong strong dead carrier on 11760 when there shouldn't be one. I assumed China based on signal.  Well, Monday Aug 25th local, early morning UTC Aug 26th, I had strong signal and sounding audio on 11760.... and good for like normal peoples standards.. not just "ok" by Cuban broadcast stations.   It turned out to be a relay of Radio Rebelde's oldies/disco/soft oldies 70s and 80s format.. heard several "Estacion Rebelde" liners. It was actually a pleasant, enjoyable listen and the best broadcast I've heard out of cuba audio wise in YEARS AND YEARS
