S9 signal heard above the noise via the Traverse City, Michigan, SDR ...

0156 UTC: Rising and falling tones overlapping at times.
0200 UTC: Off now. I checked the Atwater, Ohio, SDR, which was receiving an S7 signal at 0159 UTC.
