Hawaiian Spy Numbers Station - another new video

For about the past 3 years, there's been a mysterious radio station sporadically broadcasting what sounds like a spy numbers transmission... but in the Hawaiian language of all things.

It was first heard back in 2022, and has been received as recently as yesterday, 4 September 2025. It's usually been reported on 6950 kHz USB mode, which is in the 43 meter "pirate band", which probably gives you a hint as to the purpose of these transmissions.
