Radio Romania International 9550 AM 0001 UTC 9 SEP 2025

After not hearing Radio Romania on 11620 for a week, I started looking around for the 0001z English broadcast.  Found them with the help of the shortwave.live website on 9550 khz using an SDR in Wisconsin.  Not very stong signals, so went to Twente and they are S9+30.
Looks like this was also a summer 2022 frequency.
