Tuned in at 0207utc, heard blues tune, now playing 60's tune "lonely too long". Good sig good audio, apparently tunes with the word long in them, R-2000 & dipole. As soon as I tuned in I knew it was Wolverine Radio. edit at 0217 beginning to fade a bit. edit, song "long cool woman". edit: fading out at 0240utc.

Drake R8, Kenwood R-2000, Panasonic RF-4900, Sony 2010, Realistic DX440, Grundig Satellit 500, CB antenna, Mt Prospect, IL 20miles (32km) NW of downtown Chicago. I have been using online receivers because my 7mhz dipole came down in a storm and after my stroke on 3 June 2024 I can no longer get up on a ladder to fix it. Also too much neighborhood noise. Great signal here at 0052 UTC with one of many versions of "It's Been a Long, Long Time"...my guess would be Rosemary Clooney? Into some 1940's hillbilly tune with yodeling.
0013 "Long Time Gone"-CSN{I get it...the theme tonight is "Long Time"!}
QSL's to poorbrookking >at< aol.com are greatly appreciated! All reception and postings using My radio, my antenna, and generally in real time(excluding posting of SSTV pics and recordings).
