   Hello, my friend, this recording is very interesting, but you didn't specify the frequency on which it was transmitted – please fill me in!
 The syntax of the messages and the station IDs provided remind me of typical METAR reports from Russian civilian airports.
  This entry should be moved to the UTILITY section.
  The Squeaky Wheel was specyic the call signal of a utility shortwave radio station, possibly affiliated with the Russian Armed Forces, that has been broadcasting since 2000.
