Excellent reception, great tunes......this was WBCQ's original frequency (founded by a former pirate) and I believe had to get off frequency for Civil Air Patrol

2316 Music, S9+10

[Treehouse SWL]

Well, that's one way to get away from QRM on the 43-meter band! Anyway, a nice S7-S8 signal being received via the Lodi, New York, SDR with very good audio amid some band noise ...

2315 UTC: "Bikini Drag" by The Pyramids.
2317 UTC: "It's a Bikini World" by The Boardwalkers.
2319 UTC: 0013 UTC: "Blues Theme" by Davie Allan & The Arrows.
2321 UTC: Female-voiced ID and eQSL email address given, then "Pipeline" by The Chantays. I'm now listening via the Cape May County, New Jersey, SDR, as all reception dropped off the Lodi, N.Y., SDR a few moments ago.
2324 UTC: "Out of Limits" by The Marketts.
2326 UTC: "Walk, Don't Run" by The Ventures.
2328 UTC: "Penetration" by The Pyramids.
2330 UTC: "Wipe Out" by The Safaris.
2333 UTC: ID and email address given again, then "Exodus" by Ferrante & Teicher.
2336 UTC: "Harlem Nocturne" by The Viscounts. More noise and fading is creeping into the reception now.
2338 UTC: "Lonely Bull" by Herb Alpert & The Tijuana Brass.

Thanks for the QRM-free replay of the great tunes played on yesterday's show, Instrumental Radio!
