Very solid S5 to S7 signal via the Cape May County, New Jersey, SDR with little noise ...
2350 UTC: I've been listening to this since at least 2345 UTC. Sounds like a constant duck quack to me when tuned in at 6955 USB.
2355 UTC: Still going uninterrupted.
2356 UTC: The "quacking" just jumped into hyperdrive.
0000 UTC: Back to the prior "quacking" speed.
0003 UTC: A few slower, dying quack sounds, then off. I have no idea what this was!
0004 UTC: Loud ute-type sound, then a phone off the hook sound repeated.
0006 UTC: The "off the hook" phone sound's still going.
0008 UTC: Off.
0010 UTC: Back with a ringing phone sound over and over.
0015 UTC: Phone ringing sound's still going.
0020 UTC: The phone's still ringing.
0021 UTC: Sounds from Pink Floyd's "The Wall" album into "Comfortably Numb" by Pink Floyd.
0028 UTC: Off.
Thanks to who ever this was broadcasting (The Bell System, perhaps?).
