Well, it's come to this: It's midnight and I'm listening to a heavy metal cover version of "The Wheels On The Bus Go Round and Round" on pirate short wave radio on Sternradio. Is life great, or what!?

Very good S10+ signal heard via the Traverse City, Michigan, SDR with solid audio over moderate static crashes and noise ...

0000 UTC: "No Sugar Tonight/New Mother Nature" by The Guess Who.
0003 UTC: Male host on the mic with IDs and chatting a little, then "Can't You See" by The Marshall Tucker Band.
0009 UTC: Phone ringing sound, then phone chat about the nuclear reactor powering the station.
0011 UTC: "Magic Carpet Ride" by Steppenwolf.
0015 UTC: Host on the mic with ID over blaring emergency alarm sound effect.
0016 UTC: "Do It Again" by Steely Dan.
0022 UTC: "The Chain" by Fleetwood Mac.
0026 UTC: Host with ID and email address ([email protected]), then siren and explosion to end the broadcast.
0027 UTC: Off.

Thanks for tonight's music, Radio Mushroom!
