On 6925 USB, listening via websdr na5b, 19.48 UTC, SINPO 24542, S4, weak signal, talking male and music-song.
19.56 UTC, listening via websdr in Wisconsin, SINPO - 35533, S7 on peak, and fading, rock music, good signal!
19.58 UTC, Tool - 7empest.
