S7+ signal heard via the Lodi, New York, SDR with good audio and moderate noise levels ...

0019 UTC: Instrumental music with a Hawaiian tinge to it. Shazam's no help with this one.
0022 UTC: More orchestral instrumental music.
0024 UTC: 77LJS host said this music was all written by Imelda Marcos, the infamous fomer co-leader of The Philippines. He then gave HFU shout-outs.
