We need another card to shut out the draught HW ABT URS?
Use Shazam app. to ID songs, listening direct Airspray RTL SDR , Ham It UP Plus connected to 2 V shape long wires  40ft. high with a MFJ 941C Antenna tuner

Thanks. I find conditions around 8 Mhz around this time can be very stable, sometimes with little or slow fading and I can even be heard on the NW Ireland SDR with just 1 watt, if I turn down the power.

Well you are sounding good via the NW Ireland sdr and there is light fading here and there but not enough to worry about. May have to look at testing in this band as well.

At the moment, it's great as a daytime frequency over Europe and suffers less from signal loss than 48m, night-time the frequency goes long after sunset and has some advantage for long distance over lower frequencies, but short distance quickly becomes impossible, .... usually. Conditions might improve as we head towards winter.
