Reports are coming in of an unidentified station on 15460 khz AM playing non-stop Jazz

Initially heard at 1600 UT to 1700:20

Here's my reception

Later returned at 1800 UT and is still going strong.

Good reception across USA and Canada.

The 1800 xmsn seems to be a bit of a repeat of tracks heard during the 1600 hour -- off at 1901:45

Not sure if its a pirate or what it is, so mod please move as you see fit!

Very good reception.....could not find a scheduled broadcast on this frequency at this hour.  Buddy Rich Radio? 
All these songs are on Rich's 1968 album Mercy, Mercy but songs here are not in order they are on record.

Here's a passing thought.  Authorized/unauthorized test by engineers at VOA site before possible government budget shutdown tonight (VOA has used this frequency)?

15460 UNID 1620utc program of live classical and jazz music. No ID between pieces. s9 +40dB signal sounds like a strong local AMBC station. By 1649 QSB set in with moderate QSB. Off at 1700utc. Sept 30 (Ross-ON)

Noted back at 1805 recheck with s9 +50dB signal.  My guess is Greenville, NC.

Some static and fading out here near Seattle, but the music's very audible across the room from where I sit. It's been better in this 1800 UTC hour than it was the previous hour, when I first heard it.
