Possible M901 - 2014-01-22 07:48 11.3 MHz

Hello guys,
today ENIGMA released a new temporary designator M901. I'm assuming they first observed the station this morning.
I think I might have already caught it last week, just didn't pay too much attention to it at that time.

Thanks for the email and the link to your YouTube clip.
It does sound very much like it.  Speed is correct and it is using the short zero that this station uses.
Unfortunately, without the start of ending we are unable to say definitely.  We can only note the freq / time and check to see if it reappears.  As you will appreciate, we are only just starting to look at this station.
Your email and clip has been most helpful and we will look to see if this station is active on this freq.

JPL reported the station on 18-01, 0813 UTC, on a second freq 16720 kHz, CW

19292 kHz at 0810 UTC on Thu (no other days found yet but I suspect also Tue and Fri)
