0053 "Will It Go Round In Circles" - Billy Preston.

[Treehouse SWL]

Big S10+ signal heard via the Presque Isle, Wisconsin, SDR with very good, solid audio and relatively little noise or fading ...

0053 UTC: "Will It Go Round in Circles" by Billy Preston.
0056 UTC: Vintage PSA by Pete Townsend for the U.S. Air Force.
0057 UTC: Sounds like communications from an old test flight or space mission.
0058 UTC: "I Got You Babe" by Sonny & Cher.
0059 UTC: Man saying: "The space age, the age of reliability." That was followed by "Waltz from Outer Space" by George Russell and His Orchestra.
0106 UTC: "My Generation" by The Who started, then a woman made an ID and frequency announcement that I partially missed!
0107 UTC: Rock song that Shazam wouldn't give me the title of.
0110 UTC: "Delicate Answer" from The Mercury Program, which included that "The space age, the age of reliability" saying.
0113 UTC: Woman saying this radio station does not accept any kind of funding, then off.

Well, that was fun and weird! Thanks for the broadcast and the great signal!

[Markokpik]

0102  'Waltz from Outer Space' - George Russell and His Orchestra, , 'My Generation", OM- "Space Age", YL "Do not, I repeat do not turn on your radio to the 43 meter band", unid (to Shazam) song, repeated riff on piano w/"Space age.  The age of reliability.  Space Age." over loop, YL w/ same warning, 0113 off.

S5 - 6.  Good signal.

Until the final looped piano riff and last warning not to turn on your radio to 43 meters, this was the same as last night's Radio Free Spirit ending.
