S7 to S9 signal heard via the Fair Hill, Maryland, SDR with fair to good audio but considerable background noise on the frequency ...

2312 UTC: Two guys, both with slight accents, talking about health issues, but the audio's not the best. One guy says, "don't be afraid of your body."
2316 UTC: They're now talking about the brain and its connection to the body.
2335 UTC: The two guys are still talking as the signal and audio are being slowly overtaken by static and noise.
