2200 : yes, the Russian anthem.
Not a broadcasting station, just a utility testing. As a UT : spaced pulses,
so I guess that those stations are OTH radars, with the ability to radiate complex forms (maybe a way to escape from smart jamming).

   This is how the Russians conduct channel tests before launching the UT service.
In the past, they broadcast Ru popular or military-style music.
   Interestingly, the VoH transmitters and its KRE Jammer, which have long occupied this channel, are silent. Could they be colluding?
 Keep an eye on how the situation develops in the coming days.
 I've been without access to my radios for about a week.

This has been there for many months, on and off. It was also on 6219 and some other frequencies.
