S5 to S7 signal via the Lodi, New York, SDR with good audio amid quite a bit of noise ...

2013 UTC: Male speaker giving numbers in groups.
2014 UTC: Speaker said "hana Hou" twice and then back to the numbers groups.
2016 UTC: Two English words slipped in there: "number" and then "article," and then the broadcast was off a second later.

Thanks for keeping 43 meters weird and slightly Hawaiian!
