S7+ signal with solid audio heard via the Fair Hill, Maryland, SDR with relatively high background noise levels ...

2257 UTC: Instrumental song played on a flute or recorder.
2258 UTC: Female voice: "Special broadcast, special broadcast, special broadcast ... begin."
2259 UTC: Female announcer reading out five-number groups.
2302 UTC: Announcer: "End of message, end of message ... repeat," then reading more numbers groups.
2306 UTC: "End of message, end of transmission," and then off.
