1910 continuing - time to order a kitchen extension telephone; this is a recording from Trinidad

S7 signal with pretty good audio heard via the SDR in Fair Hill, Maryland, with noticeable static and noise ...

1851 UTC: Operators talking and phone noises.
1853 UTC: Operator: "Please deposit ..."
1855 UTC: Montage of more operators talking with callers.
1901 UTC: Continuation of phone noises and operators talking.
1904 UTC: "This is a recorded announcement ... Your call did not go through."
1907 UTC: "What number are you calling, please?"
1911 UTC: "The telephone company wishes you happiness all through the year!" Reception has improved, as this signal's a little stronger now and better against the background noise levels.
1915 UTC: WWV audio mixed in among all the phone-related sounds and operators talking.
1925 UTC: Male-voiced ID: "You are listening to The Bell System," then more phone sounds and operators.
1929 UTC: Off.

Thanks for the broadcast. For somebody who grew up in the 1970s and '80s, all these phone noises and operator conversations are very nostalgic!

Weak signal at 1902. Dialtones, operator messages, "hellos," etc. Love hearing this show, but signal is down around the threshold today

Signal's improved a good bit. Think I heard a couple of IDs intertwined with the other messages and sounding like one of them. Something to the effect of "This transmission is a broadcast of the Bell System"

YL numbers next. Part of same show or something else?
