That AMT3000 and AMT5000 page was written by broadcast engineer Clark Burgard N1BCG and, as you say ThaDood, is full of great information. I think that the majority of folk who own SSTRAN transmitters bought them to broadcast to radios around the house, and are not inclined to go to a lot of time and effort to maximize the effectiveness of their installations. If it helps just one or two people though, it's worth it.
