edit by Ray : there was a fuss on the North American forum about a signal on 6930 LSB (some peskies radio) and confusion with 6931.1 AM that should not happen. I have sent back all about 6930 LSB in the North American forum.

Could this be Indy Radio on 6931-ish AM ?

I checked my SDR recording - there was a carrier on 6931.1 kHz. It faded in circa 2030z and went QRT at 0000z. So likely Indy Radio or another Europirate. Maybe the talking that was heard were peskies on 6930 LSB also mixing in?  I'll move it to Europirates and you can sort it out  ;D
