2126 UTC hearing music not sure if it s  usb or not.
2128 UTC traces of signal on sdr.
2134 UTC Om talking.
2141 UTC Om / talk program signal just above the noise. (better signal in lsb).

then later,  a faint carrier on 6931.1 was really from Indy Radio,
