YHWH 15400 AM 1543 UTC 20 OCT 2025

Following on a tip at the world of radio IO group taht said he was on at 1500, I was doing an IQ recording of 19 meters beginning at 1530 and noticed that he was off it seemed until 1543 as I saw no carrier at all. At that time a fairly bright looking carrier appeared in the waterfall, but as usual from him audio was very poorly modulated and tinny. He seemed to fade in and out at times rising up to being fairly legible, and then finally disappeared at 1608.

Here is an air check of what I heard a few minutes at 1543 and a few minutes right before the top of the hour
