Noble Skywave 2025? 6951.5 USB 0330 UTC 22 OCT 2025

Many stations calling for radio checks: US157; US402; US117; CA350; CA351; CA271

All complete radio checks were told they were going "in the log". Possible Noble Skywave exercise as this frequency was used last for Noble Skywave 2024 last October.

Hearing the same type of traffic on 14962.5 - "NCS4" asking for radio checks. Several other call signs talking over each other. "CA153", etc.
