2338: Sounded like a station id at tune in. Weak and noisy conditions made it hard for me to make out what was said.
2341: Mention of Hobby Broadcasting Radio.
2348: Nostalgic Summer by tubebackr. Female giving out various postal addresses.

S7ish signal and decent audio heard via the SDR at Fair Hill, Maryland. But noise and fading, as well as some interference from peskies or another op made the listening somewhat harder after 2355 UTC ...

2339 UTC: Ambient music, then female announcer with ID for Pirate Operators Relay Network. This is the same station that was previously on 6960 AM with an old broadcast of North Woods Radio.
2340 UTC: Female host with Hobby Broadcasting Radio opening announcement, followed by male host talking about what pirate radio stations are.
2344 UTC: Host mentions this is his first show and talking about his plan for the broadcast.
2345 UTC: Host talking about clips of broadcasts from that year's Halloween weekend.
2347 UTC: Host with ID: "The show really begins now," he said and then played opening music.
2348 UTC: Female gave the old Blue Ridge Summit mail drop address. She also mentioned an email address that connects to a pirate radio website (https://www.hobbybroadcasting.com/) that was last updated in 2002.
2352 UTC: Host and Pirate Radio Report editor Brian Penney talking about pirate stations (Mix Radio, Radio Illuminati, X-FM, and Wolverine Radio, etc.). This conversation seems to be from just a few years ago?
2357 UTC: Fading and noise are increasingly swallowing this signal and audio as the guys play a clip from Ion Radio and keep talking.
0002 UTC: The co-hosts are listening to more clips and talking about pirate activity.
0010 UTC: Co-hosts still talking as noise on this frequency keeps rising.
0014 UTC: Host with Hobby Broadcasting Radio ID and female giving old QSL contact information over music.
0017 UTC: Second part of pirate radio conversation with Brian Penney.

Thanks for the broadcast, Pirate Operators Relay Network!

I was trying to place the approximate date of this show. Sounded like it was only a few years old, based on the stations mentioned?

Yup, I think it's 2022, if I remember correctly. Both the email & mailing addresses are still good. I have a couple of interviews recorded & I hope the audio is OK on those (my computer has had a nasty hum at times) for future shows
