All India Radio-Akashvani via Bangalore with new frequency for the B25 winter season.  Male announcers into their "Spotlight" program in English discussing the Prime Minister's "State of the Union" for India, which indicates things are going very well for the country. Spotlight Program in English ended at 1900. Very strong signals SINPO 5/5/5/5/5 into SW Florida this afternoon. Logged with AirSpy HF+ into 45ft Sloper antenna configured ground level to a 30ft peak with a K-480WLA box.
