I did a bit of experimenting and as he is USB with a carrier, I flipped SDRUno to SAM (SyncAM) and DSB, and the audio is much improved

had them good yesterday but barely above the noise floor at 0215 but working for the weekend starting to peak a bit

The operator seemed to be having problems, which he acknowledged, and went OTA at about 0235, and returned at about 0245.
