SDRplay RSP2/RSPdx  w/SDRuno or SDRconnect SW ; N-S 43M Dipole /  Disclaimer: Shazam/Sound-Hound used to ID many songs.

Well, it's come to this: It's midnight and I'm listening to a heavy metal cover version of "The Wheels On The Bus Go Round and Round" on pirate short wave radio on Sternradio. Is life great, or what!?

S9ish signal with good audio heard via the SDR in Cape May County, New Jersey, with not much noise or fading ...

2338 UTC: "Need to Feel Loved" by UnClubbed with Zoe Durrant.
2339 UTC: "I Shouldn't I Wouldn't (Club des Belugas Remix)" by Jojo Effect.
2343 UTC: "Precious Jewel" by Michael E.
2347 UTC: Start of another song, then a switch to "Heat of the Moon" by Cedric Salander after a minute.
2354 UTC: Female-voiced Radio 48 ID repeated over and over with an air-raid siren sound in the background. That was followed by a mash-up of sound clips into an elongated "Radio 48" ID. Email given as [email protected].
2355 UTC: More IDs, then "Creep" by Radiohead.
2359 UTC: Long vintage speech clip about "the truth" and reality.
0004 UTC: Radio 48 ID into "The Beautiful People" by Marilyn Manson.

Thanks for the music, Radio 48!
