Excellent reception, English service

2000-2004 Live "Top of the Hour" Hurricane Report including current Jamaican conditions and warnings for Cuba.  Then into Beginning of VORW program.  Not sure if I ever heard a live North American Shortwave Weather transmission previously.  I missed exact "ToH" so I don't know if it was done in house or relayed.
