S7 signal with good audio heard via the SDR in Fair Hill, Maryland, with a fair amount of noise on the band ...

1625 UTC: "Ghostbusters" by Ray Parker Jr., then Art Bell talking about a Halloween night when he weirdly heard his own voice doing an eerie future show on a pirate band frequency.
1630 UTC: Art said he has to go and gave Halloween wishes over the closing music.
1633 UTC: Off.
