Sounds like a recorder/flute-a-phone
1738 utc - rough copy but getting better. Five letter/number groups.
1747 utc - caught just enough to discern that YL using phonetic alphabet

1736: Extremely weak at tune in with the flute like sound. Now sounds like a female talking but just above the noise, can't make out what is being said.
