UNID 6950 AM 0100 UTC 17 NOV 2025

Whoever this was, was on the air from before 0100 UT, through the next 40 minutes or so with a lot of breaks in transmission. Around 17 minutes in there was some voice with the operator giving powers (800, 1000, 1200 watts), saying "hello radio!" and what what might be his location!
