Why is 17592.0 to 17940.0 "Blacked Out" ? Im guessing its for cell phone or Police Trunking or..?

When I posted this yesterday, It was just a blank space. Today I noticed its been labeled as "Masked"

Just 17946 kHz was masked. Looks like it's an aviation frequency. I blocked it most likely because I got tired of people sitting on it for hours at a time.

I removed the mask, I'll keep it removed as long as users behave  ;D

@Chris Long-term HFGCS campers were generally my worst SDR abusers. "Were" as they have largely disappeared since blocking the popular HFGCS frequencies and a small notice in the headers. Otherwise, I have a few regular users that seem to forget closing their browser tabs.

Yes, I frequently see some bozo from Wichita, Kansas who will park on 11175 forever. I think the longest I saw him there was over 70 hours before I finally booted him (I wanted to see how long he'd stay and finally gave up). Also the folks who seem to fall asleep after turning in, here's the current winner, almost 12 hours on 160m!
