Good signals, Russian language comms on the "calling frequency".  2.920 MHz USB.  Activity also noted on 2910 kHz USB and 2915 kHz USB (the guys on 2915 kHz are using "AME" - that is, USB with carrier still included...so backward compatible.  Lots of the tell-tale "PRIYOM".

Received via the excellent Wessex SDR (Flydog SDR) located in the South West UK.  G8JNJ SDR.  Maidenhead grid square IO80 - IO80QR.  Excellent performing receiver up through VHF low band down to below 1 MHz....spectacular performance.

Having said that, these is Russian language traffic on/around 2920 kHz USB and/or 2910 kHz USB every day it seems.  There is also a lot of AM mode chatter in the portion right above 3.000 MHz....as I type this, at 2017 UTC, there are Russian language QSOs going on
U.S. East Coast, various HF/VHF/UHF radios/transceivers/scanners/receivers - land mobile system operator - focus on VHF/UHF and 11m
