This is station cobra

I was scanning 9 to 9.5 MHz when i heard cq cq this is station cobra.  A station b something answers, i could not hear the answering station but cobra acknowledge the answer and said b something this is cobra our word is, then 5 bits word, this repeated for every station. Ther was a station called foxtrot beside the nations. Language was English and i could hear accents from other languages, the foxtrot station had an French accent, any info about this? All info welcome, de sm6exb

No date, no time, wide frequency range, heard in Sweden or via SDR elsewhere ?

Cobra being a trademark for CB hardware, I guess some network of CBers gone down in frequency to get more reliable propagation.

Waiting till Friday night, but then I will move that to another forum.
