As Chris, an SDR "catch."  Except that I did not actually "catch" anything, I only viewed a very faint carrier in the Elad's waterfall--five to ten dB above the background noise.  Occasionally I heard very faint music, so faint that I could not identify the genre. 

As reported, the carrier appeared at 0242 and in Wyomissing it was gone for good at 0309.  Good thing, listening to the background noise had burned-out my brain!
