SDRplay RSP2/RSPdx  w/SDRuno or SDRconnect SW ; N-S 43M Dipole /  Disclaimer: Shazam/Sound-Hound used to ID many songs.

Well, it's come to this: It's midnight and I'm listening to a heavy metal cover version of "The Wheels On The Bus Go Round and Round" on pirate short wave radio on Sternradio. Is life great, or what!?

Excellent signal at 0101 with an instrumental song that sounds like it has a Talk Box as lead "instrument," then distorted talk about motorcycles over a song (possibly in the song or maybe from a movie?)
